UNSOLVED HOMICIDE:
Victim: Gary Wages W/M
Location: Private Residence near Olla, LA
Date: January 16, 2001
LaSalle Parish Sheriff’s Office was called to the residence of Gary Wages on the evening of January 16, 2001. Gary Wages had been the victim of an apparent homicide. Mr. Wages was last seen alive in Columbia, LA on the morning of January 16, 2001.
CURRENT ACTIVE MAJOR CRIMES:
Burglary
Location: Private Residence on US Hwy 84 west of Jena, LA
Date: May 13, 2010
LaSalle Parish Sheriff’s Office was called to a residence on US Hwy 84 between Tullos and Jena, LA by homeowners who found their home had been burglarized. Numerous items of value were taken from the home.

Location: Private Residence on Mayo Road in Trout, LA
Date: July 20, 2010
LaSalle Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a call from a residence on Mayo Road after the homeowners found their home had been burglarized. Several persons are suspects in this major theft.

Location: Private Residence on US Hwy 84 east of Whitehall, LA
Date: September 11, 2010
LaSalle Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a residential burglary in Whitehall, LA. The homeowners returned home to find that someone had entered and removed an item containing numerous items of value. As with the July 20, 2010 burglary, suspects are being investigated in the case.
LaSalle Parish Sheriff’s Office is seeking additional information in the listed cases or any for any other investigation being conducted by this Office, Olla PD, Urania PD, Tullos PD or Jena PD.
