Sale Details

• Sales may be conducted with appraisal or without appraisal. Representatives for involved creditors will be on site to bid on properties.

• Bids on Property with an appraisal will begin at 2/3 of appraised value. Bids on property without an appraisal will start at the cost of the suit.

• Terms of the sale are to the highest bidder with a maximum of five days for full payment. We accept checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. 

• Anyone interested in bidding must submit an irrevocable bank letter of credit to the Civil Division prior to the sale.

• All property is sold "AS IS" and the deeds are not warranted.
